Village Cup Tie 1st July
We will aim to update this note as required between now and tomorrow morning, putting latest entry at the top to save you scrolling through history.
Saturday 11.15 – Dave is optimistic. He is cutting the wicket right now. The outfield is soggy in parts but the worst has been spiked and everything is drying at an acceptable rate for tomorrow. We are almost bound to see a shower or two as the day goes on, but as long as we don’t get prolonged heavy rain, we should be in good shape for tomorrow.

Village Cup News
If I can recall correctly what I’ve just been told – the Kemnay v Freuchie tie was shortened to 25 overs each, Freuchie scored 139 for 4 off their 25 overs while Kemnay were all out for 63 in 20 overs. I hope we will see a more detailed report from someone who was at Kemnay this afternoon.
